DocTime crosses one million download milestones on the Play Store, aims to take digital healthcare to more people

Digital healthcare startup DocTime announced that it has recently crossed the one million download milestone on the Play Store, said a press release shared with FS.

Officially launched in October 2020, DocTime has quickly gained the trust of people from all walks of life across Bangladesh with its excellent and affordable healthcare services. The company says it has a presence in Bangladesh’s 8 divisions, 64 districts, and 87223 villages. The company’s app has a 4.7 rating on Play Store, the highest among healthcare service apps in the country.

DocTime provides a full-service healthcare solution where people can get all their healthcare from the convenience of their homes from a single app.

The company says it has over 1200 experienced and specialist doctors who are registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). Patients can find a doctor who meets their needs and consult through a video call.

An integrated digital healthcare solution: Following the consultation, the doctor will immediately upload the prescription (e-prescription) to the app. Patients then can use DocTime’s home medicine delivery service to purchase their medicine. DocTime’s online medicine delivery service has all types of medicines and delivers orders to the door of customers within the shortest possible time.

The company also offers home diagnostic services. Customers can avail their prescription-specific diagnostic tests from the DocTime app. The company has a large network of hospitals and diagnostic centers across the country, making it simple to order diagnostic tests from the comfort of your home. Samples are collected at home or from anywhere by experienced lab technicians from all of the best diagnostic centers in the country, and the report is delivered to the patient’s home within a short time.

Previous consultation histories, prescriptions, and test results are also stored in the app’s electronic health record.

DocTime also offers a variety of other healthcare services. Many people forget to take their medicines on time, DocTime app has a medicine reminder feature that notifies users when it is time to take the prescribed dose. Furthermore, DocTime’s healthcare package provides a variety of healthcare benefits for all levels of people, from individuals to companies.

Active participation in social responsibility: DocTime has also been active on the social responsibility side. To address mental health and raise awareness, the company regularly organizes mental health sessions, free health check-ups, and a variety of other healthcare services in different private universities, corporate institutions, and garment factories. The company also runs an annual winter cloth distribution program for the needy and underprivileged. DocTime says it has also been running health camps at various locations on a regular basis since the beginning.
